Meet the Team
Lori Tarlow-Hayes, CADC-II
Vista Terrace, Homeless & Disabled Families
I have been working in substance abuse for the last 24 years. Because of my own transformation in recovery, I am very passionate about helping people experience the joy and freedom that comes with building a better life for self and family. I have 32 years clean and sober and actively attend and serve in support meetings in my personal life. I have been a certified substance abuse counselor since 2002 and continue to grow my knowledge and skills in many other related subjects that help me work with families, those who experience homelessness, and the disabled population. I love my work and being active staff at Kingdom Service Providers. I am grateful to be here and to continue to offer my decades of experience to those in affordable housing.

North Coast Terrace, Homeless and Disabled Families
I feel a great deal of compassion for children who are left behind. I have been working with children and youth in a caring, teaching, coaching, or behavioral capacity for over 10 years. Children in families who are disabled or who experience homelessness often feel ostracized, are bullied at school, and lack access to basic social, emotional, and educational resources needed to thrive. I started working with Kingdom Service Providers in October of 2023 and now serve as the lead trainer for our new Case Managers. My lived experience with learning disabilities and in recovery allows me to relate to and support those I work with as a certified Peer Support Specialist.

Breezewood Apartments, Homeless and Disabled Families
I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist with lived experience in recovery. This personal experience allows me to connect to, empathize with, and offer valuable insights to others on their own path of healing and stability. As a Kingdom Service Provider, I work closely with residents to assess their needs, develop personalized plans, and connect them with essential resources to ensure their housing stability and personal success. As I guide and advocate for those I work with through the often challenging system, I hope to make affordable housing more accessible to those who need it most. By combining my professional skills, lived experience in recovery, and being a mother of six, I am able to offer holistic support to individuals and families seeking housing and recovery solutions.

Danny’s Home for Heroes, Homeless Veterans
Since the start of my career 10 years ago in community-based services, I knew I was passionate about helping others. I’ve worked in positions that have allowed me to grow my knowledge and challenge me in the best ways. I love exploring new ideas and embracing creativity in all its forms. Whether it’s through learning or helping others, I always strive to bring positively and encouragement to everything I do. I decided to challenge myself with a new opportunity in July of 2024 to join the Kingdom Service Providers team. It is fulfilling and heartwarming working with the homeless veteran population and being able to give back to those who gave their all.

Ventana Al Sur, Homeless Seniors
I am deeply passionate about helping others, especially those facing mental and emotional challenges. I also find myself to be immensely motivated and fulfilled when making a positive difference in people’s lives by providing spiritual and emotional care and teaming up with people to find practical solutions. I attribute these passions to God in my life. I have extensive experience in the field of Mental Health Counseling, where I've worked with individuals suffering from various mental health disorders. I specialize in developing personalized treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and harm reduction techniques. Beyond clinical interventions, I also seek to address the social factors that impact mental health, such as housing, employment, and aiding in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). By doing this I hope to empower them to build healthier, more functional lifestyles. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves support, care, and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
